Paula Reed of Grazia – Where the hell did she come from?

Am I the only one who gets frustrated at Paula Reed? If you’re not sure who she is, she is the ‘Style Director’ over at Grazia magazine and was one of the judges on Project Catwalk. What gets me is how she keeps appearing telling people what to wear and how to look good when she seems to have very little influence. Google her name. I couldn’t find a single page about her apart from a mention on the Grazia website! Could someone fill me in on her career in fashion, if any?

I was wondering that as well. I am watching her on Project Catwalk right now. So far I’ve enjoyed her comments and she seemed quite knowledgeable, but I hadn’t heard much about her prior to this either.

I believe she is in her early 40s. And Paula is extremely well known, liked and respected by people actually in the fashion industry even if she isn’t known by google…

Paula is in her late 40’s and has been in the fashion industry since being a model in her early 20’s before moving to many varied and influential roles as a fashion commentator.

Paula Read is an absolute star and more importantly a true pleasure to work with. A beacon of genuine humane talent and integrity.

Paula Reed was also Fashion Director of InStyle and Conde Nast Traveller and I believe was also at Sunday Times Style. She also has written a book on how to dress / be chic and worked in New York for a while. Enough info?
